TAPMI Alumni Achievement Award Contest  

The Element of Excellence
 

T. A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) invites its alumni to attend and submit proposals for Tattva, the 3^rd Inter Corporate Project Presentation Contest. Tattva is yet another endeavour of Industry Interface at TAPMI, and is an attempt towards the development of intellectual capital at TAPMI in collaboration with the alumni and the corporate.

* The 3^rd Inter Corporate Project Presentation Contest, exclusively for the TAPMI alumni will take place in Manipal (Karnataka), Friday, October 19^th, 2007.

* The Event includes presentations by the alumni on a situation or assignment carried out by the participant during his/her corporate experience.

* A project is a situation or assignment carried out by the participant during her/his corporate experience, which warrants decision-making and has an impact on long-term benefits of the company or the Client Company (in case of a consulting assignment).

* The Event starts with a welcome reception. The Event features the project presentations by the participants followed by individual query sessions, impressions and feedback from the judges, the Director, Prof. D. Nagabrahmam and faculty members, announcement of results and prize declaration.

* The winner will be felicitated on the following day, October 20^th, the 6th Annual Industry Interface Day of TAPMI. The participants will also get an opportunity to be in the esteemed panel of Industry stalwarts to discuss on the 'Theme of the Year'.

All presenters whose submissions are short listed for the second phase will be provided two-way travel arrangements and accommodation at Hotel Valley View, Manipal. The Tattva Organizing Committee will notify the final participants in due course. Proposals have to be submitted using the prescribed guidelines and will be evaluated by a panel of judges comprising of academicians and corporates.
