Guidelines to Recruiters

  1. Any organization wishing to make a presentation prior to the Campus Placement can do so on receipt of a formal request addressed to the Chairman, Placement.
  1. We have comprehensive facilities for the effective conduct of presentations, written tests and interviews. These include halls and rooms, LCD / Slide / Overhead Projectors, Cordless / Collar Mikes and TV with VCR. The Institute can consider making arrangements for any special equipment on request.

  1. The recruiters can request for resumes of the interested candidates after providing the job profiles being offered and supplying relevant details. However, if an organization changes these details during the final placements, applicants will have the option to opt out of the further selection process for the particular organization.

  1. We require the recruiting organizations to inform their selection decision to the placement chairman at the end of the selection process.

TAPMI is a self-financed Institution. It has created a corpus fund to finance its infrastructure and faculty development efforts. Organizations recruiting students through the formal process of campus placements are expected to contribute a sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) per student recruited from the institute. Your support in this regard will be greatly appreciated.
