Prof. V. Vijaya has her Core specialization in Clinical Psychology from University of Madras and has obtained her Ph.D from the Indian Institute of Technology - Madras in the area of Human Resource Management. She has been teaching Behavioural science courses for 7 years.

Her teaching and research interests include Individual and Interpersonal Dynamics contributing to Satisfaction and Performance at the Work place and also Human dynamics in Knowledge Management.
