"The course -
Management of IT Outsourcing - was well designed, and made an
impact. A first session each day covered concepts from research
articles which formed the framework for analyzing cases in the
subsequent session. This was very effective. Students gave very good
qualitative feedback about the course at the end. The meticulous
preparation put in by the faulty before the course/session commences
was a point to note."
