TAPMI - a leading institute in management in
Manipal is looking for bright and young Phds in all Social
Sciences, English Language and Literature, Law, Economics,
Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics and Engineering who would
like to make a career in Management Education, Research
including Consulting and Executive Education.
Candidates who are finally selected for this
position will go through a year's Immersion programme that
includes classroom learning, working with a mentor (senior
faculty), field based research, industry practice, writing
and teaching a case and an article/paper worth publication
in any of the peer reviewed journals. After successful
immersion programme, the Residents will qualify for a Post
Doctoral equivalent qualifications from TAPMI and are
eligible to join the institute as regular faculty in several
areas that includes Marketing, Finance, System, HR, General
Management, Insurance, Risk Management etc. The candidates
during the period of immersion receive a consolidated
stipend amounting to Rs.25000/- per month.
